30 Second Thursday — Take initiative!

So I decided to try something new today.

I was thinking a lot about initiative (I was inspired by this tweet) and wanted to share this video with you.  

Initiative can most definitely be a powerful thing, no? If you really want to make change happen, you have to take action.

Over and over again.

Here are my thoughts, in 30 seconds. (Ok so it's 33 seconds but I did my best!)
